1. Agreement
By using Owndry you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Owndry Vaults, Inc. ("we", "us") operates the marketplace.
2. What Owndry is
Owndry is a marketplace for whole, physical objects that we authenticate and store in an insured vault. When you buy an item you own the entire object outright — a deed, not a fractional share or a security. We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser, and nothing here is investment advice.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may require identity verification (KYC) before payouts.
4. Authentication & vaulting
Items submitted for sale are physically authenticated and graded at our intake center before listing. Items that fail authentication are returned. Vaulted items are stored under chain-of-custody and insured for their assessed value.
5. Buying & selling
Purchases transfer ownership immediately in our ledger; the object remains vaulted. Sellers receive payouts net of fees. We may cancel or reverse transactions involving fraud, error, or prohibited items.
6. Fees
Buyers and sellers pay the fees shown on our Fees page. Authentication/intake and redemption shipping fees apply as described there. Fees may change with notice.
7. Redemption
Owners may request physical delivery ("redeem") at any time, subject to the redemption shipping fee. Redeemed items leave the vault and the marketplace.
8. Prohibited items
You may not submit stolen, counterfeit, illegal, or restricted goods, or anything you don't have the right to sell. We may refuse or remove any item.
9. Insurance & liability
Vaulted items are insured for assessed value while in our custody. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the insured value of the affected item. The service is provided "as is".
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
